Our Mission: is to provide a dignified living environment that embodies God’s love for all, and is dedicated to the well being of our tenants, their families and our staff. Our Vision: Oak Meadows, a member institution of the United Church of Christ and their Council for Health and Human Service Ministries, seeks to be a faith-based and affordable residence for seniors, providing the very best service and care to a diverse population. We face the future trusting in God’s empowering love. We will be open to new ideas and challenges and welcome ecumenical partnerships as we seek to fulfill our mission.
