Mission Statement

Community Development Network (CDN) was created to support rural development challenges and to promote the aspirations of the poor, vulnerable and marginalized population of Cameroon.

Description

Community Development Network (CDN) is a registered Cameroonian non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization under Decree No 023/RDA/B15/A2/SAAJP and Incorporated as a 501c3 in Boston, MA, in the United States.

CDN was created to support rural development challenges and to promote the aspirations of the poor, vulnerable and marginalized population of Cameroon. CDN mobilizes collective action towards sustainable livelihoods and aims at the capacity building of the underprivileged and vulnerable rural communities (children, youths, and women) and improve life in the community.

Community Development Network mobilizes and enhances the capacities and living standards of the needy communities in Cameroon whilst holding absolute hope to change lives through a participatory and sustainable manner, promote human development, and tackle poverty through advocacy and service delivery at the community, local and national levels.
