Description
STRENGTHENING PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITIES
Reaching Back Together helps our clients prepare themselves for the job seeking process through our Job Readiness Program. R.B.T. addresses the whole person by first educating our clients on how to present themselves in the interview process from communication skills, hygiene and dress code, how to make a resume and filling out a application.
We want our clients to become the best version of themselves through our Life Skills Training Program. This program teaches our clients about time management, creating a budget, how to get along with others, balancing work and life through healthy mental skills. This will prepare them for the next phase in their lives.
Transitional job placement is offered through paying jobs. This helps our clients acclimate themselves back into the workforce as they learn a new job skill while understanding accountability, dependability and responsibility.
Our highly trained staff and mentors are committed to staying in contact with our clients even after they complete our program. We will follow up with progress visits and mentor ship to make sure our clients are on the right path to living a positive productive life.
