Savannah Care Center, a faith-based nonprofit pregnancy resource center, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Client Advocates. As a Client Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by offering support and resources to women and men experiencing unplanned pregnancies, empowering them to make informed choices for a healthy pregnancy and successful parenting. Responsibilities: Meet with women facing unplanned pregnancies to provide emotional support and guidance Offer information and resources on pregnancy options, prenatal care, and parenting Assist clients in navigating community resources, including healthcare, financial assistance, and parenting education Provide ongoing encouragement and support as clients progress on their pregnancy journey Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while showing compassion for each individual’s unique situation Requirements: A heart for serving others and a commitment to supporting women and families in crisis Strong communication and listening skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and create a safe, non-judgmental environment A willingness to learn about the resources available to clients and how to best support them Must be able to meet with clients in person at the center A background check and 24 hours of self-paced, online training will be provided Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith and Vision and Mission Statements. As a Fatherhood Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by offering support and resources to men experiencing unplanned pregnancies, empowering them to step into their role as fathers with courage and confidence. Responsibilities: Meet with men facing unplanned pregnancies to provide emotional support and guidance Offer information and resources on pregnancy options, how to support their partner during pregnancy, and parenting skills Assist clients in navigating community resources, including job seeking, financial assistance, and parenting education Provide ongoing encouragement and support as clients progress on their fatherhood journey Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while showing compassion for each individual’s unique situation Requirements: A heart for serving others and a commitment to supporting men and families in crisis Strong communication and listening skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and create a safe, non-judgmental environment A willingness to learn about the resources available to clients and how to best support them Must be able to meet with clients in person at the center for coaching A background check and advocate training will be provided Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith and Vision and Mission Statements.
