Responsibilities Identify Potential Partnerships: Find potential partners where we can share our vision and collaborate with like minded organizations with similar goals Build a Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, serving as the primary contact for partnerships at Thriving Elements. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Thriving Elements team to develop partnership goals, objectives and deliverables Proposal Development: Prepare engaging partnership proposals and presentations for potential partners, outlining the benefits of collaboration with our dedicated organization Negotiation: Create partnership agreements where the terms and conditions are beneficial and align with our organization's mission Monitoring and Reporting: Keeping open communication with team members and stakeholders to share the progress and impact of partnerships Events: Help create and organize events related to partnerships, such as joint fundraisers or awareness campaigns that will bring our community together (partners,mentees and mentors) Stakeholder Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with stakeholders, including volunteers, board members, and donors, to help support partnership initiatives. Manage Budget: Work with the team to manage the budget allocated to partnership activities. Do you want to develop your skills as a Grant Writer or are you an experienced Grant Writer looking to use your skills for a good cause? If so you came to the right place! As a Grant Writer your primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals, grant applications, administrative work in researching, identifying, developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities. Additional responsibilities include: Generating revenues through timely submission of well-researched, well written and well-documented grant/fund-raising proposals If required supervise other consultants recruited for specific writing purpose Maintaining and implementing funding calendar activities, including cultivation activities Writing reports to government, corporate, foundations and other funders Identifying funding opportunities and new program areas to match organization priorities, using research tools Serving as a liaison to all funding agencies or organizations Engaging with program officers at organizations to solicit invitations to submit proposals Ideally qualified candidates should possess excellent writing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Access, Powerpoint and Excel), and database management skills. Previous experience will demonstrate a proven track record in securing new funding opportunities; comprehensive knowledge of research, and the ability to distinguish and identify funding opportunities for special programs.
