Mission Statement

'We Build Hope' When Hurricane Harvey crept over the greater Houston area, it dumped an unprecedented amount of rain on the area for three straight days and set a record for the most rainfall ever from a single storm in the continental United States. FEMA estimated that less than 20% of those flooded were covered by flood insurance. These homeowners should not go into financial ruin or crushing debt when attempting to return their lives to normal. Our mission is to rebuild flooded homes through volunteer efforts and community support. Through our work, we aim to positively impact homeowners’ ability to maintain financial security.

Description

By pairing a trained HHR project manager with volunteers, our organization can help homeowners rebuild. Our organization is fully insured and capable of completing drywall insulation, laying engineering hardwood and tile flooring, installing trim, applying texture to walls, painting, setting doors, installing vanities, etc. We aim to provide a turnkey rebuild for the homeowners we help.
