Mission Statement

The Community Cat Project is a program of Loved at Last, a 501(c)3 organization. Our mission with the CCP is to: -Decrease the feral & community cat population in Southern WV by implementing TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in the community. -Ensure a better quality of life for community cats with TNR, regular care, food, water, and winter shelters -Educate community members and business owners on the truths of community cats & coexisting with them -Provide colony caregivers with support, assistance, resources, and education

Description

Loved at Last is a lifelong refuge to special needs, former feral, and unadoptable cats in Southern WV with a core mission of reducing the suffering and decreasing the population of cats in our community. Loved at Last believes that no life is insignificant and advocates for ethical treatment of all cats. Loved at Last adamantly believes that the simple act of spaying and neutering is the key to reducing the number of suffering, homeless, and unwanted cats in our community.
