We hope to reduce the challenges associated with a lack of emotional expression in pre-teen and teenage boys, which can lead to stress, sickness, disease, addiction, and violence.

Description

Let Me Run is a nonprofit holistic health program for 4th through 8th grade boys that uses running as the vehicle to inspire, teach, and reach boys. Our comprehensive curriculum breaks down destructive male stereotypes that often stand in the way of positive futures for boys.
