Bless and Be Blessed is a branch of Modern Real Estate Shop, a "for-profit" boutique Real Estate brokerage based out of Southern California. We're not curing cancer or saving souls so what we do during our 8 hour day can seem pretty meaningless sometimes. We give our day to days meaning by treating each interaction as an opportunity to spread happiness by making our customers happy which will in turn provide revenue for our companies which we can in turn utilize to help those in need and spread more joy to those who need it...make sense?

Our commitment is to reserve the first 1% of all gross revenue from our "for-profit" companies (Modern Real Estate Shop, Bale Investments, Fixd Construction) into an employee driven fund for the purpose of giving back to our community, supporting organizations that match our values, and helping others who are in need either physically, spiritually, or emotionally.

Our desire is that our actions and attitudes be a blaring reflection of our values and our goal to serve our Creator, our team, and our customers faithfully, honestly and with 100% of our efforts.
