Grace’s Place is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, whose driving purpose is to help secure a brighter, more successful future for young parents and their children.

Founded in 2015 by a former teen parent, Grace's Place works to connect teen parents with the myriad of resources available to them in order to create a brighter, more successful future for themselves and their children. Our work is focused in Sacramento County, Placer County, and the surrounding areas.
