Mission Statement

HARTT is committed to helping to bring to safety dogs who are stray, lost, or living on their own without a regular caregiver and who cannot easily be handled or captured through ordinary means. Through our equipment, technology and expertise we bring these animals to safety and partner with other rescue organizations to prepare them for life in a loving home.
