Mission Statement

The mission of Crichton College is to provide a biblically oriented education emphasizing the liberal arts and career preparation. All elements of the curriculum are integrated to impart to students a Christian world view and to focus on occupational preparedness, a broad understanding of the arts and sciences, and a personal evangelical faith.

Description

A private, four-year, coeducational college, Crichton combines excellence in higher education with evangelical Christian faith and relates education to the needs of individuals in contemporary society. The biblical basis of all programs - a distinctive part of the Crichton curriculum - ensures the centrality of Christian principles in the academic programs, philosophy, and life of the College. Crichton offers majors in biblical studies, business, psychology, bioliogy, professional education, pre-nursing, English, liberal studies, pre-law, and history.
