Mission Statement

C.A.T.S. is a political action committee geared to amend/repel California's 3 Strike Law to the Violent Offender as Prop 184 intended for it to be. Presently the 3 Strike Law is locking up Non/Violent and Non/Serious Offenders in masses. This is not what it was intended to do. We have more Non/Violent NonSerious 2nd and 3rd Strikers in prison than we do violent offenders.

Description

We testify before the Senators, write letters, stay on top of all prison issues that relate to prisoners. Our primary goal is amending this draconian law which is indeed a death sentence.
