Par-Recycle Works is a transitional employer for individuals returning to their communities after being released from prison for time served or on parole. We are an electronics recycling business, deconstructing end of life electronics and any small appliances with a chord, cell phones, etc. Returning Citizens are taught how to deconstruct electronics into smaller components for sale, how to catalog, package, load and unload materials. In addition to the hard skills acquired, employees receive assistance with locating full-time gainful employment with benefits. Probably the most important aspect of the job is the community building, mentoring and essential skills that are emphasized daily.
