Chelmsford 24 Hour Relay Challenge

Description

The Chelmsford 24 Hour Relay Challenge is a community building and fund raising program designed to build community spirit, raise money for youth programs, and build relationships between people from all walks of life. Last year we had 36 teams of 10 volunteers each walk, run, dance, or otherwise move around the Carl A. Olsson Community Track and Athletic Fields at the McCarthy School for a 24 hour period. This year we hope to have 47 teams!The money from the teams' entrance fees and the sponsor donations covers expenses for running the event and the remainder goes into a grant program to help pay for community projects, especially youth programs.
