Mission Statement

As people of faith, we believe we all have a moral responsibility to protect the Earth’s natural systems, and to safeguard the well-being of those most vulnerable to climate change, but least responsible for it -- the poor of the world and future generations. Therefore, -we work with local faith-based organizations to raise awareness about climate change and related spiritual teachings; -we assist religious communities in promoting energy conservation, energy efficiency, renewable energy and other forms of sustainable living; and -we advocate for public policies that will effectively minimize global warming.

Description

We provide education on the issues of climate change, as well as concrete action steps congregations and individuals can take to make a difference on climate change.
