The Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA is a membership organization whose mission is to assist everyone in its service area in building a healthy spirit, mind and body. The YMCA works to strengthen family life and enrich human relationships. Rooted historically in Judeo-Christian values, the YMCA welcomes into its fellowship and service men and women of all ages, incomes, abilities, races, and religious points of view.

With locations in Sunbury, Milton & Mifflinburg, the YMCA has five basic goals: promoting good health, building strong families, raising confident kids, being a force for good in our communities and striving to build a better world.
