The mission of Elite Hospice is to provide exceptional physical, spiritual and emotional care for patients and families in their home environment as they cope with issues during and after the final stages of life.

Description

We believe that every chapter of life, even in its final stages, can be lived well. When time matters most, you can count on our team of compassionate hospice professionals to help you or your loved one live comfortable, with dignity, when a cure is no longer possible. Meeting physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient and family is our top priority. Our interdisciplinary hospice team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, counselors and trained volunteers offer the support patients and families need in the comfort and privacy of home. Counseling and bereavement support services are available to families before and after a patients death. Our hospice program is about living, loving and making everyday count.

Volunteering with hospice is so rewarding. Being able to assist the staff, patient and families is a very humbling experience I would recommend to anyone.
