Evergreen Hospice exists to provide compassionate, professional, quality care to our patients, families and community focusing on symptom control and support for the persons in the lasts phases of incurable disease so they may live fully and as comfortably as possible.

Description

Evergreen Hospice offers palliative care to all terminally ill patients and support to those patients and their families without regard for diagnosis, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, race, creed, disability, age, place of residence or ability to pay.
