Center for Healing By Design, Inc. founded by Lisa K.Y. Wong, L. Ac, raises public awareness of the intrinsic self-healing technology in the human body, revolutionizes people’s way of seeing their bodies, and teaches them to use the highly sophisticated, yet simple, "mind-body" healing techniques to enable them prevent and overcome common health challenges. Through self-care education in the form of group workshops and private coaching, both online and offline, the center seeks to engage, educate, and empower people all over the world with effective self-care skills so they can "climb the mountains" in their lives. Lisa climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa, in summer 2015 as a way to launch her global Climb Every Mountain Self-Care Movement. Since then, hundreds of people in Silicon Valley and abroad, from 4-year-old orphans to 80-year-old world record holders have benefited from this movement. The movement aims to reach one million people by 2020.
