Mission Statement

ArtWorks for Freedom uses the power of art in the global fight against modern slavery and human trafficking. Through diverse forms of artistic expression we seek to build awareness, inspire anti-trafficking action and give voice to survivors of this crime against humanity.

Our Vision: We believe in unleashing the power of imagination to end human trafficking

Our Mission: ArtWorks for Freedom uses all forms of artistic expression to raise awareness about modern day slavery and human trafficking. Working locally and globally and engaging art in all its forms, we are transforming public perceptions, educating individuals, communities and policy makers, and inspiring action to put an end to modern day slavery.

Our Goals: We fulfill this mission by launching awareness campaigns in cities across the globe in collaboration with artists and arts organizations, civic associations, businesses, NGOs, faith-based organizations, foundations, educational institutions and local community leaders. Through the power of art, we seek to amplify the voices of survivors and inspire people from all walks of life to use their unique gifts in the fight against modern day slavery.
