Blue Water Safe Horizons (BWSH) mission of providing the resources, support and education necessary for every individual to become empowered and live a life free from domestic violence and sexual assault.

Description

Established in 1977, Blue Water Safe Horizons (BWSH) offers emergency shelter and support services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault. We also offer outreach programs such as resource advocate, elder advocate, legal advocate. We strive for individual’s safety and working toward self-sufficiency.
