Mission Statement

UFAN’s mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic disorders, and advocating for positive change.

Description

Utah Food Allergy Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit food allergy resource with a medical advisory board providing safe community events, educational conferences, school assemblies, media support forums and more. UFAN is solely volunteer based organization.

I love UFAN! It provides community members with great activities that are safe and fun for kids with food allergies. My kids' lives have been greatly enriched by the experiences they have had at activities hosted by UFAN. Instead of missing out on things like Easter Egg Hunts and Halloween Trunk or Treat activities - which are typically food fests - kids with allergies are able to attend events that shift the focus to having fun with friends and family. So grateful for organizations like this!
