I am a graduate student at Cornell University conducting a study on school lunches in partnership with the Coalition for Healthy School Food. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the impact of interventions based on behavioral economics principles, such as those used by the Coalition for Healthy School Food (CHSF) and the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement, on the selection and consumption of healthy menu items during school lunch.
