SPARC (South Pasadena-Arcadia Reading Centers) is committed to assisting adults acquire skills in reading and writing so that they may attain personal goals and participate more fully in society.

Description

Our literacy program provides free one on one to English speaking adults in reading and reading, small group instruction in English as a second language and Families for Literacy program for low reading skilled and conversationally limited parents and their young children.
