Mission Statement

To establish an animal rescue and educational organization focused on rescuing animals at risk for euthanasia, rehoming them through adoption, and educating the public in an effort to prevent animal cruelty, promote proper care of domestic animals, and reduce overpopulation in the local community.

Description

Wish Upon a Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit Illinois based animal rescue focused on saving the lives of homeless animals while providing the community with extensive education, outreach, and support. We believe in going above and beyond the status quo of rescue and are committed to providing innovative care and support for our animals physical and emotional health. We believe that all animals deserve a second chance at life regardless of breed, age, or physical ability.
