Our Mission The Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun (JWCL) was founded over 65 years ago to unite women in promoting the welfare of our community and to enrich its members intellectually and culturally. Today, the club still strives to meet these goals by encouraging its members to develop their talents and interests through a variety of service projects and fundraisers.
