Mission Statement

SHARE and WHEEL are self-organized, democratic, grassroots organizations of homeless and formally homeless individuals working to eradicate homelessness, educate the community, and empower homeless people.

Description

The Shelter Board is a support group for SHARE and holds an annual auction to raise funds to provide shelter and services for homeless men and women in King County. SHARE supports 12 indoor shelters, 3 tent cities and 1 new tiny house village. It restores community, dignity, hope, and self-respect to homeless people and gives voice and leadership to homeless women and men.
