Services are provided by volunteers certified by the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board. Sites are located throughout the U.S. South Bay, CA specific sites include Torrance, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, and Willowbrook. Volunteers can request sites closest to their home or work locations.
