Manifesto: exists to disseminate news, information, and entertainment of interest to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community of the Monterey Bay.We achieve this by publishing a monthly newspaper.

Description

Manifesto: is the monthly gay newspaper of the Monterey Bay. Our focus is on the local community, both in what we present, and who's doing the presenting. We publish a monthly calendar and ongoing resource directory, as well as news, commentary, and entertainment. We also publish material in Spanish. The paper is distributed to sites throughout the Monterey Bay and is free to the public. We are a unique project because our service results in a tangible "product" that can be delivered to someone's home. It's a way for folks who can't come out to have a connection to the larger community.
