Mission Statement

TASTE Williamsburg Greenpoint is an annual outdoor celebration of North Brooklyn's local flavor! Entering its 9th year, this block party style tasting event features sample tastes from the neighborhood's best restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries, along with live music and much, much more. The annual event is a fundraiser to benefit the communities of North Brooklyn. We are currently seeking VOLUNTEERS for this year's TASTE WG event taking place on Sunday, September 16th, 2018 at the East River State Park. For more information, see: http://www.tastewg.com/

Description

TASTE is made possible thanks to the 100+ dedicated volunteers who work to make the event a success and have fun while supporting the North Brooklyn community. Volunteers can assist on the day of the event with setup, guest services and more, as well as with preparations in the weeks prior to the festival.

The TASTE event benefits the non-profit cultural and community center, The Firehouse North Brooklyn . Volunteers help a worthy cause, have fun, and receive a free voucher booklet to enjoy the great food and drinks at TASTE!
