Our mission is to make a positive change of how women are perceived in society and guide young women on the path to earning doctoral degrees, becoming self-sufficient professionals, and loving themselves first.

We are a youth development organization that was formed to serve teen girls in foster care and economically distressed communities in New York. We provide professional skills that increase independence and self-confidence in young women. We encourage a pathway to earn doctoral degrees. Our goal is to instill positivity, professionalism, and success in each DebZ’ life.
