Being involved in Soulful Cities has been such an amazing opportunity. Every volunteer is treated like a valued team member, and the organization's staff go out of their way to make sure that people are recognized and rewarded for the work they do. Whether it's a carefully-written letter of recommendation or a referral to a potential employer, the Soulful staff do what they can to help volunteers succeed.
