To provide permanent refuge to farm animals and, through education and outreach initiatives, help change the perception of animals traditionally raised for human consumption or use.

Description

Ahimsa Acres Sanctuary, located in southern New Jersey, serves as a permanent refuge for farm animals which have come from a variety of backgrounds and situations. Currently, more than 50 animals reside at the micro-sanctuary. Education and outreach intiatives throughout the year aim to help change the perception of farm animals and inspire change on their behalf.
