The mission of CASA of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties is to provide a meaningful voice and connection that instills hope and builds resilience for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

Description

We fulfill our mission by recruiting, training, and supervising community volunteers. Our CASA volunteers are appointed by judges of the juvenile courts in Johnson & Wyandotte Counties to advocate for the best interests of children and youth in the foster care system. Our vision is to create a community where every child who has experienced abuse and neglect is given the opportunity to thrive.

I feel there is a definite need. We have too many children with no where to turn for help. many that don't know they can ask for help or where to locate it. I wish I would have know about this much sooner. i am very interested in your organization and would like as much information that is available. I hope you can help me also.
