KEEPING YOUNG GIRLS AND WOMEN AFLOAT The Black Girls Dive Foundation inspires and empowers girls and young women to explore their STEM identities through innovative programmatic initiatives to increase the number of women pursuing careers in aquatic-based STEM fields.

Description

Black Girls Dive Foundation is a Maryland nonprofit organization BGDF inspires and empowers young girls and women to push beyond their limits and step outside their comfort zones to explore the endless possibilities that exist in aquatic-based recreational activities and career opportunities. We serve as a vehicle to greater access and opportunities to learn about Marine and Oceanographic Studies, and Scientific Diving.
