Mission Statement

MercyHouse is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides a safe haven home for women and children who are survivors of domestic violence. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of those who have been abused or sexually assaulted. Our unique program changes live by focusing on physical, emotional and spiritual growth, including self sufficiency skills to create individual, realistic action plans for recovery, personal and financial independence.

Description

MercyHouse was incoporated in the State of Texas.As a nonprofit for Domestic violence and abuse including sexual Assualt, It has served well over 500 women since 2010 and has established a radio show in 2015 to be the voice of women, women with children that are survivor victims of Domestic Violence and Abuse. No woman and child deserve to be homeless due to family violence. MercyHouse also welcome women that flee away from violence with their pet. No reptiles, please. Just cats or dogs.

We are always in need of volunteers to help us with our fundraising. The needs for more space in the shelter is great but the resources is less. MercyHouse is committed to helping their clients recover from the pain and suffering they had to go through during the Domestic Violence and abuse.
