Mission Statement
Rock Ledge Ranch is a living history museum and farm depicting life in the Pikes Peak Region: 1775 Ute tribes; 1870s Galloway Homestead and Cabin; 1880s Chambers Family Home, Farm, and Orchard; and 1907 Edwardian Country Estate.
Description
Historical Interpreters dress in period-appropriate clothing and demonstrate daily life in the Pikes Peak Region, representing 1775- 1907. Historic chores, games, crafts are demonstrated with guest participation. Historic receipies are prepared, and tours of the historic sites are provided. The farm hosts draft horses, a mustang, cow, chickens, and sheep.
The site is open year round a part of City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department. The Living History Program is available June-August, and during Special Events throughout the year.
