Mission Statement

The Mission of Watered Gardens is clear and simple. We exist to serve the local Church in its mission to help the poor, lost, and broken for transformation of life. It is our purpose, why we exist, and directs us away from "para-church" ministry to that of "church-servant" ministry.

Description

We offer emergency shelter for the homeless & other benevolent services. Watered Gardens is the result of a vision from God planted in the hearts of Christians. It began from within homes as a simple neighborhood outreach. As the awareness of God's compassion grew, so did the need for helping the incresing number of people. God has since supplied a facility from which to operate and the necessary participation of His people......the Church.

Shelter residents and those in need partner with us and are "employed" to earn the goods and services they receive at the mission. In the WorthShop people use their hand to produce jewelry, leather bound prayer journals, roast & grind our own Redeemed Bean coffee, and complete other projects for local businesses.
