The Achieve Anything Foundation is a Canadian, federally incorporated not-for-profit organization.

Our Goals:

• Reduce gender disparity in Aviation, Aerospace, Marine & Defence, and other STEM-based fields
• Raise awareness of the limitless opportunities available to women in high technology fields
• Ensure our target audience includes women of all ages, and all ethnic, cultural, educational and financial backgrounds
• Ensure the teams sent to deploy our events, projects and programs are diverse in gender, age, and ethnic, cultural, educational and financial backgrounds
• Create mentoring partnerships between industry, agency and education partners and our target female audience
• Work with industry, agency and education partners towards improving recruitment techniques, integration practices and retention strategies for women
• Create a means of tracking interest and repeated participation in our events, projects and programs, and determine a meaningful correlation with a reduction in gender disparity in our target industries
