Mission Statement

Founded in 1993, TCCI offers at-risk, first and repeat offender youth a positive alternative to crime, recidivism and substance abuse by providing exposure to, instruction in, and experience with a broad diversity of the arts. Since it's inception TCCI has worked with over to 4,000 children.

Description

The organization is comprised of artists who interact with disadvantaged children on a one to one basis, in multimedia: still and video photography, film making, graphics, language arts, fashion design, environmental education, etc.
