Mission Statement

The Southwest Sports Wellness Foundation (SWSWF) was established in 2010 to fulfill a need in the under-served areas of San Diego community by performing high school sports screening assessments, offering free high school injury clinics, educating physicians, physical therapists and certified athletic trainers, and by providing scholarships for students with an interest in sports medicine healthcare.
