Golden Oldies Cat Rescue is a nonprofit that helps older cats in Monterey County, CA, who are at risk of euthanasia in areas shelters or whose guardian(s) can no longer care for them. Cats are placed in foster homes until their forever adoptive homes are found.

Golden Oldies is a young organization and needs lots of volunteer help - they make me feel very appreciated no matter how small a task I do for them. Very nice people to work with who are dedicated to helping older cats in need. Lots of flexible opportunities for new volunteers to support a worthwhile cause.
