Description

The WISC Foundation educates girls and women about career management and the complexities of the career process. It provides the tools, resources and practical solutions for effective career management, as offered by female sports industry leaders. It also provides a supportive networking environment through workshops, seminars and conferences, with available contacts and opportunities. The WISC Foundation also helps retain women in sports related careers and challenges, inspires, and motivates them to follow their career dreams. All of these objectives will be achieved through activities such as Career Workshops and Seminars, a Membership Program, an on-line Women'Sports Job Wire with Franklin Covey Sports, an on-line Resume Bank, on-line Career Consulting Program, an Internship Program, a Scholarship Program, and Regional and National Conferences.
