Mission Statement

Founded in 1993, Qcc is a multiracial community-building organization that fosters the artistic, economic and cultural development of San Francisco’s LGBT community. We implement our mission by operating programs that commission and present Queer artists, that promote the development of culturally diverse Queer arts organizations and that document significant Queer arts events taking place in San Francisco. By presenting, exhibiting, screening and documenting queer artists’ work, Qcc contributes to the development of a multicultural perspective on the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender experience.

Description

Calling for Volunteers! National Queer Arts Festival Celebrating It’s 20th Year!

NQAF is seeking volunteers to help out with amazing Queer Arts Events in San Francisco and Oakland from June through early July!

We want your energy and time! Volunteering at NQAF is easy, fun, and a great way to give back to your local Queer Arts Community. We also want to make your volunteer experience meaningful and allow you opportunities to engage with people and content that matters most to you. This means that once your shift is done you get to stay and enjoy Queer Art/Performance. If you're interested in volunteering for a National Queer Arts Festival event, just sign up below or visit: http://bit.ly/NQAF17volunteer_form
