Mission Statement
The New Baltimore Farmers Market is a community driven project whose purpose is to provide a link to local foods, farmers, and artisans, with supportive access to fresh foods for all consumers, while educating, sharing and encouraging the health and economic benefits of local foods, entrepreneurship, and activities with partnerships and volunteers from the Macomb/ St. Clair County areas.
Description
The New Baltimore Farmers Market (NBFM) is a seasonal weekly market held in downtown New Baltimore, Michigan. The market was established in 2007 and has grown to be a much loved and anticipated community event providing opportunties for economic and community development. The NBFM acceipts the Michigan Brige Card/SNAP and participates in Doubre Up Food Bucks, which is a SNAP incentive program. The NBFM is a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
