Mission Statement

The mission of the Belleville Public Library and Information Center is to engage and inspire the Belleville community by providing access resources and learning activities. ​ Our aim is to stay up to date with evolving community needs and interests by adapting and evaluating our services, programs and collections. We strive to be a community meeting space where people can gather, interact, and participate in programs and events of public interest, study, and enjoyment. We’re always happy to see frequent patrons as well as those coming in to see what we’re all about. We look forward to seeing you at your neighborhood library.
