FOUNDATION OF THERAPEUTIC OPTIONS

Our mission has been to provide funding locally for children in the CSRA since our inception in 2006. However, we have seen a growing need for a preschool setting that incorporates a therapeutic approach throughout the day to maximize the potential of the children. The answer to both needs is The Augusta Therapy Academy.

The ATA is a faith-based, non-profit, specialized preschool for children with exceptional educational and medical needs that provides them with the opportunity for immersion and inclusion in the optimal setting for a full-day of education, while receiving their necessary therapy services from highly trained and licensed therapists. Our program allows for better communication among the classroom teacher and multiple therapy disciplines, thereby providing the child with a more productive whole-child, therapeutic approach to their education.
