EFTX leads the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

Description

Established in 1983, the Epilepsy Foundation Texas-Houston/Dallas-Fort Worth/West Texas provides a number of programs and services, including the following:

  • Public and Professional Education & Awareness Programs
  • Camp and Recreation Programs for people with epilepsy and their families, including Camp Spike 'n’ Wave(r), Kamp Kaleidoscope(r), Camp Neuron and Adult & Family Retreats
  • Specialized Medical Care throughout the state including consultation, diagnostic testing and medication
  • Education & Consultation Services
