Catholic Charities of Yolo-Solano serves individuals and families in the community who are unable to meet their own basic needs due to financial hardship, cultural barriers, disability, frailty, or inability to access adequate social support. We offer health and social service programs that contribute to individuals’ and families’ freedom and independence, while always valuing the dignity of human life and the importance of family.
